A 68-tap, self-pour beer vault? Sold. Plus 7 restaurants, 2 bars, and a gorgeous interior? Almost sounds too good to be true. But it’s Sacramento’s newest hotspot, The Bank! The D.O. Mills Bank building, located on 7th and J streets, is the 2nd-oldest bank building west of the Mississippi River and now the home of a cool culinary concourse.
