Fans of the recent Justin Timberlake and Chris Stapleton collaboration were expecting to see “Say Something” during halftime. But the duo had other plans.

They took their performance to The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

And it should come as a surprise to no one that they nailed the performance. I didn’t watch the halftime show, but it appears the reviews are split.

I can’t say much for that, but I can say that this performance of “Say Something” was  a…wait for it. TOUCHDOWN!
