Seven People Living In Farm Found Waiting for the World to End

I’m not gonna lie, I’ve read this story 4 or 5 times and it still doesn’t make too much sense to me.
In the Netherlands, a 58 year old man was arrested after authorities discovered he was living in the basement of a remote farmhouse with six other people ages 18 to 25.
The other six people seemed to be related to each other, but the 58 year old man did not cooperate with authorities, and they have no idea what his relationship is to the others.
Apparently the six others did not even know there were other humans in this world.
Officials say a 25 year old male left the house and wound up in a local pub. The pub employee said the man seemed really confused and asked to get out of his situation. The police then went to the house, where they found a hidden staircase to the basement, locating the 5 other people there. They were apparently living off of a vegetable garden and a goat.
