We’ve been hearing a lot about the problems of children and teens vaping, and this one seems to add to that.

A 7 year old boy in a Country Dale Elementary School in Franklin, Wisconsin was caught vaping at school.

When asked about where he got the pen, he said he had taken it out of his mother’s purse.

The mother of the boy said the pen had CBD oil in it, and no THC.

The child was taken to the hospital and was luckily given a clean bill of health when returned to his mother.

The vape pen was immediately thrown away after they had taken it away from the child.

“The safety and integrity of students and families is paramount,” District Administrator Dr. Judy Mueller said. “As a school community, we have concern about the national vaping epidemic, especially when we see the impact on our Franklin students and families. We are continuously working to stay on top of the latest findings and expert recommendations.”
