Shake Shack’s 1st Sacramento Location Is Finally Open

Good news! Sacramento’s 1st Shake Shack location opens today, KCRA reports. The site at 17th and R streets was scheduled to open earlier this year, but construction was halted due to the pandemic.

“While it took us a while to get here, we are looking forward to bringing Shake Shack to Ice Blocks the safest way possible,” Andrew McCaughan, Chief Development Officer of Shake Shack, said.

Because of COVID, they’re only accepting to-go orders and will have limited hours of 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. But hey, we’ve waited long enough. We’ll take it!
