Today marks the year anniversary of the Route 91 mass shooting. Marquees along the Las Vegas Strip will go dark around the time of the attack to honor the 58 victims who lost their lives and the hundreds more who were injured. The blackout will begin at 10:01 p.m. At 10:05, the exact time of the attack, there will be a reading of the victims’ names at the Community Healing Garden, a memorial site downtown. Gov. Brian Sandoval also ordered flags across the state to fly at half staff. And today, we’ll have a moment of silence on air at 10:05 a.m. 58 seconds for the victims.
