If you love George Strait, then you love a guy named Dean Dillon. Maybe you haven’t heard of Dean but you’ve heard his music. Dean Dillon was George’s primary songwriter throughout most of The King’s legendary career.
Well, there’s a stage musical about Dean that is about to go into production. It’s called Tennessee Whiskey The Musical and is named for the 1983 hit Tennessee Whiskey by George Jones (that Chris Stapleton also had a hit with).
