Willie Nelson Cancels All February Shows Due To Illness

Willie Nelson cut all his shows for February to take time off for his health. He came down with a bad case of the flu and is recuperating.

Willie Nelson cut all his shows for February to take time off for his health. He came down with a bad case of the flu and is recuperating.

The legendary musician released a statement to Variety that said:

“He is up and about and looks as healthy as ever but his doctor has determined that his voice needs more time to recuperate to give the performances you all love seeing. Willie will resume the tour in early March. Willie Nelson says, ‘I will see you all down the road.’”

This isn’t the first time in recent months that Willie has had to cancel shows due to physical ailments. There were a few months last year that he had to cut shows short last-minute.
