Geoffrey Owens Who Played Elvin On The Cosby Show On The Trader Joe’s Pictures: “I Was Really Devastated.”

I don’t understand why anyone would do this.  You probably wondered the same thing  when you saw the pictures posted of actor Geoffrey Owens working at Trader Joe’s.

For 3 seasons Owens played Elvin Tibideaux on The Cosby Show.

Hurtful, judgmental, disrespectful.  Clearly the two ladies who posted the pictures to twitter were trying to shame Owens.  The beautiful thing is that so many people from all walks of life rushed to defend him.  From actress Justine Bateman, actor Blair Underwood to people just like you and me the responses were beyond supportive.
