Keith Urban And Nicole Kidman Selling Tennessee House For $2.5 Million

Looks like 10 years in Tennessee is enough for Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman. The power couple is selling the home on 36 acres that they bought in 2017 for $1.8 million.
The sprawling estate is about an hour and a half from Music City, aka Nashville. According to Homes and Property, the home itself has four bedrooms and a master suite with walk-in wardrobe. It also features an entertainment den, fitness room, small office and a terrace.
Of course guests weren’t expected to have to stay in the same house as Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman. The property has a separate cottage in the grounds is ideal for guests.

Nicole and Keith actually own another home in Nashville that they are keeping. They also recently purchased a NYC townhouse and have places in Beverly Hills and Manhattan.
