Massage Therapist at Folsom Spa Arrested for Allegedly Touching Client Inappropriately

I feel like this is the nightmare of anyone that gets massages regularly. A massage therapist at a Folsom Spa was arrested at his Carmichael home on Tuesday morning due to a customer at the spa filing a complaint with the Folsom PD. She reported the incident on July 30th as being inappropriately touched during a massage given by Ricardo Fernandez. Detectives have not identified any other incidents or victims.
