Popular Website Claims The Best Hot Dog In The World Is At This Small Sacramento Spot

How do you feel about hot dogs? If you love them and you haven’t been to Wiener Works yet, you should probably take a trip there. Because Only in Your State claims they are the best hot dogs in the world.
Now, it seems like a pretty big claim. Have they had all the wieners in the world? Probably not, but I’d venture to guess that they’re at least pretty darn good. The website calls Wiener Works a “little hole-in-the-wall joint in Sacramento.” I didn’t know this, but apparently it’s consistently nominated at the Best Hot Dog in Sacramento and has a big menu with lots of options.
They even have a 14-inch hot dog, which I am here for because I love novelty food. And their cheese fries look amazing. Let’s all just plan a lunch there, cool? Wiener Works is located on Madison Ave., actually in the same strip mall as Sweet Dozen. What’s more American than hot dogs and donuts, people?
