A married couple that owns the midtown location of I Love Terriyaki are opening up a Quick-service sushi spot. While the menu at the new Takata-Ya will be similar to the lineup at the duo’s other establishment—entrées will include stir-fried noodle dishes, chicken teriyaki and sushi roll. They will also include a Hawaiian style influence on their food, and it will be replacing Amaro Bistro & Bar, which closed in January. The food will be ready for people in the area that only have a 30 minute lunch break. The soft opening was yesterday and is open daily from 11am-9pm.
