Sacramento SPCA Is Covering All Adoption Fees
All adoption fees will be covered until Dec. 31.

If you were waiting for some kind of sign to adopt a pet, this is it!
The Sacramento SPCA announced on its Facebook that a generous sponsor is covering all adoption fees on all pets through Dec. 31 (or until all funds are expended) in memory of Cheryl Lynn Kaey.
