The video starts with an interview with Mason’s grandparents, who have been raising him since he was only three weeks old. The 11-year-old started to fall in love with music while perusing his grandpa’s music collection, reports the Boot. In particular, he was drawn to Hank Williams. He quickly earned the nickname “Little Hank” in his Illinois hometown from his covers.

After Mason’s yodeling video went viral, he found a sudden surge of success in music. He performed at Coachella, and he teamed with some amazing names in country to release “Famous.”
