Technically it is coming to Downtown Disney, but I finally have a reason to go to Disneyland for the first time. And yes, I know there are a ton of other great things happening there. But, Salt & Straw opening a shop there just pushes it all over the edge.

Salt & Straw has staple flavors throughout the year, and then they do seasonal ones. They also use local ingredients, so not every location gets the same flavors.
The flavor list hasn’t been decided yet since it’ll be about a year until they open in Anaheim. But, some of the classics will be on the menu for sure (and that better include the Sea Salt Caramel).
Soooo, who wants to start planning a trip? It’s coming next spring!
