A Downtown Sacramento Nightclub Has Permanently Closed Its Door

I’m going to be honest…I’d never heard of The Pier Lounge until today. But, the downtown Sacramento nightclub is now closed for good. The club shared a very brief message on Facebook yesterday, Wednesday, March 14.

The Pier was located near the Golden 1 Center on J Street. The club had only  been open for about a year and a half. However, they filled the spot after another business closed just 20 days in.
