Ettore’s Bakery Owner Files For Bankruptcy

Nooooooo! I used to work at a place that would bring, no joke, every flavor of cake from Ettore’s Bakery once a month. So, it’s safe to say I have fond memories of this place. However, the operator has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

There is some good news though—the Sacramento and Roseville locations will stay open. Ettore’s Bakery has been in businesses since 1985.

Sacramento Business Journal says that the production facility will also remain open. Which is another positive if you pick up their baked goods from Nugget.
