Faith Hill and Tim McGraw are facing a copyright lawsuit over their track, “The Rest of Our Life.”

Songwriters Sean Carey and Beau Golden are suing as they believe the track in question is a ripoff of their song “When I Found You.”  Jasmine Rae performs the song.

The lawsuit also affects Ed Sheeran, who co-wrote the song with Amy Wadge, Johnny McDaid and Steve McCutcheon. The lawsuit also names Sony/ATV, Universal Polygram and WB Music.
