North Sac CHP Officer Goes Above And Beyond To Return Lost Stuffed Animal

When you were a kid did your parents ever yell at you for sticking stuff out of the car window? Wait, was that just me? A little girl lost her stuffed animal on I-80 near Antelope last Wednesday. The “dog” named Toffee hit the pavement and was gone. When they got home the family sent a message to the North Sacramento CHP office. At 7:30 the next morning CHP Officer McTaggart found Toffee in the area where he was last seen. Toffee lost a leg in the incident but as the CHP facebook post says gained some service animal friends. And officer McTaggart going above and beyond delivered Toffee with his new friends home where they belong. Check the pic of Officer McTaggart bringing Toffee home by clicking here.
