Sam Hunt Apologizes for Getting a DUI

This is why I have such a high respect for the guy. I was never one to automatically judge people for getting DUI’s because, honestly, everyone makes mistakes.

Sam Hunt owned up to this mistake and has taken steps to make sure it never happens again.

This is a good reminder, especially during the holidays, that it is NEVER ok to drink and drive. Uber/Lyft/Taxi will ALWAYS be cheaper and SAFER than drinking and driving!

Wednesday night I decided to drive myself home after drinking at a friend’s show in downtown Nashville. It was a poor and selfish decision and I apologize to everyone who was unknowingly put at risk and let down by it. It won’t happen again.
