Snickers Joins Call to Change Date of Halloween to Last Saturday of October

Well this may change your mind if you were against it at first.

Snickers has decided to promote the decision on change.org to change Halloween from October 31st to the last Saturday of the month.

They also state that if this happens at the Federal Government level, they will officially give away 1 million Snicker bars!!!!
