When it was revealed that Glen Campbell was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease in 2011, a rift between his family caused a new legislation to be created in Tennessee about visitation rights.
With Campbell’s death in August, more family tension has come to light after three of his eight children were specifically excluded from his will.
The will was written in 2006, naming Campbell’s wife Kim Campbell as the executor of his estate (estimated value of $50 million), and includes no benefits to the children of his second wife, Billie Jean Nunley, according to the Tennessean.
There will be a hearing on Jan. 18 on the will.
