Tyler Rich Posts Heartfelt Song Inspired By Tumultuous Times

Yuba City native Tyler Rich has been one of the more consistently vocal country artists on social media since protests began last week across America in the wake of the death of George Floyd, which can be a risky thing for any artist, much less one who is up and coming.
However, Tyler’s Twitter and Instagram feeds have included other messages of empathy and support, including one addressing the blowback he and others have received for the stance they’ve chosen to take

Undeterred, Tyler dropped a video of a song he’d just written on Thursday night, explaining that the inspiration came from “…an elderly protester” he’d driven by earlier that day. He said that what he saw made him wonder how many times “he’d done that exact same thing in his life”, and calls the song “Begging For Some Change”. You can watch it, here
