A woman, Judy Eatherton, is suing Dolly Parton’s Dollywood for $400,000 due to a damaged wrist.

The accident happened while Judy was getting off the Rockin’ Roadway Car Ride. She claims that her “foot caught on the side of the ride causing her to be thrown to the ground.”

Because the ride has no doorways, guests must step over the side of the ride. Judy claims this ride design flaw is what caused her to trip. According to the Blast, Judy is suing on the grounds that she’s “suffered loss of enjoyment of life, and permanent impairments and disabilities.”
