It seems like everywhere I go people are crying from their eyes and nose…stupid allergies! It seems to be even worse this year than the past so I found an article with some helpful tips that have worked for me. Some the most simple and easy to do 1) clean out your nose with a saline nasal rinse (either with a neti pot or a spray). It gets all the pollen out of your nose which helps a lot. 2) Kick-off your shoes and work clothes as soon as you get home, they’re covered in pollen so get them off so they don’t keep affecting you. There are several other tips HERE, many sounds similar to the COVID-19 advice like masks and such but anything to stop crying for opening the door.
