Angaleena Presley revealed that the third studio Pistol Annies album is officially complete. Can’t be too much longer until the release!
“We just finished our third record. Two weeks ago [as of July 23],” Presley told The Boot. “So we don’t really have a release date, per se, yet, but the record is there.”
On July 18, the girls posted a photo of themselves in the studio. “Sangin’ some songs #staytuned,” they captioned it.

Back in April, Ashley Monroe expressed excitement about the new Pistol Annies material, saying: “We’ll be going into the studio soon. We’ve been writing, and we’ve written some of my favorite songs I’ve ever written in my life. We went to Miranda’s farm last week and really hunkered down and got some good stuff.”
Although the group hasn’t released any official music together since 2013, they did reunite on Miranda Lambert’s Livin’ Like Hippies tour.
