Another Bear Story, But This One Blocked A Delivery Driver

Most of us order things online, and we expect those deliveries to be made without incident, but sometimes a bear has other plans for your package.

We’ve heard a lot of stories about how delivery drivers don’t quite deliver packages the way they should. Usually we hear they’re throwing packages over fences, putting them in trash cans, or otherwise losing them. If they aren’t doing that, then they’re driving on our grass or pooping on our driveway. This driver had a very good reason for not delivering a package.

Marcy lives in the North Carolina mountains. She had ordered something, and like many of us, was probably excited to know it was being delivered. But unfortunately when she got home to grab the package, she found a note on the mailbox instead. It said that the delivery driver was unable to deliver the package. However, when she kept reading the note, seen below.

So yeah. I’m willing to give that one a slide; I totally understand not putting that package on the porch. Pretend there’s a laugh-cry emoji here.
