BREAKING: Live Police Chase and Possible Hostage Situation In Sacramento

UPDATE FROM KCRA 3:

Officers are in a standoff with a man who is holding a woman hostage Tuesday afternoon at a south Sacramento home, police said.

The standoff happened after a suspect led officers on a slow-speed chase, Sacramento police said.

KCRA 3 reports the following this afternoon:

Officers are chasing a suspect in south Sacramento, police said.

The chase stemmed from a domestic disturbance report.

The report came in around 3 p.m. in the 8100 block of Center Parkway, Sacramento police said.

No other details were released.
