Brett Young Close To Releasing Second Album
He has most of the songs ready for his sophomore release.

Brett Young is making sure to take his time on his sophomore album so it’s the best it can be.
He told Taste of Country:
“We just had our first song meeting for the second record. It looks like we’re going to get in the studio in December and again in early January to cut the first half of the record.
“We’re in a good position with songs right now. If we had to pick all 12 right now, we’d feel comfortable with them. But we won’t go in to cut the second half until probably February and March, so I have time to be writing, and we’ll see if we can’t surprise ourselves and maybe beat a few songs that we’re in love with right now.”
Young expects that the next album should be out latest the end of next year.
He’s currently on his first headlining tour, Caliville Tour, with Carly Pearce as support.
