I need Universal Studios Hollywood tickets right now! Butterbeer ice cream is a thing! The Wizarding World of Harry Potter unveiled its latest take on Hogwarts’ signature shortbread and butterscotch drink. E! Online says you can grab a scoop at Three Broomsticks or the carts throughout Hogsmeade.
