Today Gov. Gavin Newsom announced a new color-coded system for counties to determine which types of businesses are allowed to be opening, particularly those with non-essential operations.
Both Sacramento and Placer counties remain in the ‘widespread’ color range, meaning most non-essential indoor business operations are closed. El Dorado County is in slightly better shape with some non-essential indoor business operations required to be closed.
