Carrie Underwood became a spokesperson for the Choose Kindness campaign, which focuses on anti-bullying.

She and Ryan Seacrest are lending their names to a good cause. The campaign is a part of National Bullying Prevention Month in October.

Underwood taped an uplifting video that is currently airing on Disney Channel, reports PopCulture. “It’s time to stop the hate, and spread some love,” Underwood encourages.

The country star’s track, “Love Wins,” is also a part of the campaign, which fits perfectly with the message.
