Carrie Underwood Pays Tribute To Las Vegas Shooting Victims
The singer performed a beautiful rendition of ‘Softy and Tenderly.’

Carrie Underwood delivered a moving and emotional tribute to the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting victims during her performance at the 51st annual CMAs.
She sang a beautiful rendition of “Softly and Tenderly,” saying:
“This has been a year marked by tragedy impacting countless lives including so many in our country music family. So, tonight we’re gonna do what families do: come together, pray together and cry together, too.”

Underwood fought to maintain her composure as the photos of the 58 victims were shown on the screen. The tribute was also dedicated to individuals affected by the natural disasters in Puerto Rico, Texas, Florida, and Mexico, reports Entertainment Tonight.
