‘This Is Us’ Fans Are Mad At Crock-Pot After This Week’s Episode
By Admin on January 25, 2018
SPOILER ALERT: Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Fans of “This Is Us” are upset/concerned with Crock-Pot after this week’s episode.
The end alluded to the slow cooker being the reason for the Pearson’s house catching on fire.
If you watch the show, you know that this whole season has been preparing us…I mean fans, for Jack’s death. And this week we got a little bit closer.
In the final scene, Jack throws a dish towel near a crock pot which caught on fire and quickly spread.
Now, when I saw the scene I immediately thought, no way. Because I use my Crock-Pot ALL the time. It’s the best. But some fans are concerned about using theirs.

I’m sure most of these are just people being funny. But I can’t help but feel bad for Crock-Pot. Although show creator, Dan Fogelman, put this out into the Twitterverse:
Taking a moment to remind everyone that it was a 20 year old fictional crockpot with an already funky switch? Let's not just lump all those lovely hardworking crockpots together. #ThisIsUs
