Blake Shelton’s birthday cake was so unique you wondered if he’d actually eat it.   Blake turned 42 Monday and tasteofcountry.com says to help celebrate, Smithworks Vodka (Blake is partners with them), had a very special cake made that was dear to his heart.  It was shaped like one of their bottles and it was huge!  No fork, no hands, Blake goes face first to get a taste.
