Less Than Half of Sacramento Residents Can Afford A House, Six Figures Needed in THIS Specific County!

I’m sure you’ve noticed just like I have that housing prices have dramatically increased in the last couple of years. A report just came out that people in both El Dorado and Placer County need to be making six figures in order to afford the median priced home. Also, that same report stated that only 44 percent of Sacramento residents can afford the median home, down from 46 percent last year. The yearly income needed to afford a home in Sacramento is $73,490. I don’t know about you, but there’s not many people I know that make that much money. Click here for the full story.
