Loomis, You’re Getting A Costco

Right now the closest Costco to Loomis is the one in Roseville but that’s about to change.  18 acres at the corner of Brace Rd and Sierra College Blvd has been purchased by Costco.  They plan to put a 152,000 square foot store complete with gas station on the property.  When is is opening?  No date has been given but then again as the Sacramento Business Journal points out Costco usually doesn’t comment on new sites until they’re 2-3 months from opening.  Who’s up for free sample Saturdays?!
