This is just too sad. Steven Weber and his girlfriend, Kenesha Antoine, were vacationing off the coast of Tanzania when Steven decided to surprise Kenesha with an underwater proposal. She was able to film the proposal, but it appears Steven drowned soon afterward. Kenesha shared the video after the accident.
