Another R Street Corridor Restaurant Is Closing

After just a year in business, Amaro Bistro & Bar in the R Street Corridor is now closed. The Italian Restaurant served it last meals this past Saturday and the building space is up for grabs.

The R Street restaurant was owned by Garrett Van Vleck, who also owns Shady Lady Saloon. Van Vleck told the Sacramento Business Journal that the restaurant wasn’t generating enough revenue to keep it open.
