Reba McEntire To Receive Kennedy Center Lifetime Achievement Honor
Reba McEntire is among one of the honorees for the 2018 Kennedy Center Honors. She’s being recognized for Lifetime Artistic Achievement.

Reba McEntire is one of the four honorees at the 2018 Kennedy Center Honors!
The singer is following in the footsteps of Merle Haggard, Dolly Parton, and Willie Nelson, just to name a few. Each nominated recipient is chosen based on his or her work as a trailblazer creator and transformative work.
“The Kennedy Center Honors recognizes exceptional artists who have made enduring and indelible marks on our culture,” said Kennedy Center chairman David M. Rubenstein. “Country songstress Reba McEntire has inspired us over four decades with her powerhouse voice and music that conveys heartfelt, heart-warming honesty.”

The 41st Kennedy Center Honors ceremony is going to take place on December 2 in Washington D.C. It’ll be broadcast on December 26 on CBS at 9 p.m. ET.
