Earlier this year, Reba’s former 83-acre residence, Starstruck Farms, was put on sale and bought out to become an event venue.
Paul H. Burch, who bought the property for $5 million in July subdivided the land and relisted the house itself in August, according to the Tennessean. There was a zoning request received from a potential buyer, who wants to transform the mansion into a bed & breakfast.
The remaining acres are currently being zoned for an additional 15 homes.
