The Minnesota Attorney General, Keith Ellison, today announced that the remaining three officers that were involved in the death of George Floyd have officially been charged.

Their charges included aiding and abetting murder in the second degree.

With that being said, the main Police Officer, Derek Chauvin, had his charges upped from third degree murder, to second degree murder.

“I believe the evidence available to us now supports the stronger charge of second-degree murder,” Ellison said at an afternoon news conference in St. Paul, the state capital.
