Sacramento Beats out Paris and Brazil for World Butcher’s Challenge

The World Butchers’ Challenge is a butchery competition of epic proportions. With butchers from across the globe battling it out for the title of the world’s best, it’s often referred to as the ‘Olympics of Meat’ Since this past March, many cities have been battling it out to host the event, including Paris and Sao Paulo, Brazil. However they chose our town, Sacramento, to host it either in August or September of 2020. We are the farm to fork capital of the USA, so to me it seems only fitting.
