Home Prices In Sacramento Rise 14 Percent This Year

If you were hoping to buy a house in Sacramento in 2018 for a cheaper price than last year, you’re out of luck. At least right now. I won’t pretend to know home prices will adjust in the coming months.
However, the median price of a home in Sacramento county rose 14% from this time last year. The only county with a higher increase was El Dorado at 15%.
Additionally, more homes in the mid- to high-end of the market are being purchase. This is mostly because their aren’t many options on the lower end of the scale according to Sac Bee.
