Sacramento Woman Looking For Missing Pet Squirrel

Hey Midtowners, have you spotted a friendly squirrel around 17th & V? His name is Squeakers, someone’s pet, and missing. Seriously. I think. A woman named Emmy posted flyers in the area about the missing rodent, asking others to locate him, CBS Sacramento reports. She even offered a cash reward. Because it’s so bizarre, a Reddit user took a picture and posted it. And go figure it’s going viral.

If you think you found Squeakers, she wants you to send pictures to squeakerfeet@gmail.com. Oh, and according to the California Fish and Game Code, it’s illegal to keep a squirrel as a pet. So…
