Let’s be real, $18 million dollars is chump change to Taylor Swift, which is probably why she snatched up this Manhattan property next to her current home.
Today says that the property is 5,148-square-feet, which is like 4,600 more square feet than most people get in the city. It also includes a theater, gym, spa and bar. Plus there is a sick rooftop garden.

Her property next door is over 8,000 square feet so if she combines the two she will basically be the queen of NYC.
