Woodcreek High School Day Of Inclusion Is Something Special (Video)

I want to hug whoever came up with this idea.  Woodcreek High School in Roseville hosted a basketball tournament Monday morning.  They invited three other area high schools, Antelope, Oakmont and Granite Bay.  The players were all special needs students.  They were led through drills, fun and finally games by mentoring students.  The gym was packed, loud and into it!  And after the “tournament” all of the students had lunch together.    And special message to the students and faculty of Woodcreek High School:  as the father of an autistic son this squeezed my heart so much….thank you.  I’m giving you a one person standing ovation.  Thank you for being the good.   For the story and video from Fox40 click here.
