Tow Truck Called To Pull U-Haul Truck From Pool
A tow truck company shared a video they took of a recovery of a moving truck from someone’s swimming pool, and yes, it’s as odd as it sounds.

Look, we get it, after a hard day of moving you want to go for a swim. We can’t recommend just driving the moving truck into a pool though. Unfortunately, that’s what this guy did.
Ok, so he didn’t MEAN to drive into the pool, he just sort of ended up there. This person was driving the moving truck down his driveway when apparently one of his shoelaces got stuck on the pedal. In effort to remove the stuck shoe lace, the driver somehow ended up driving the truck straight into the pool. Luckily the pool was completely empty, and the truck fit sort of perfectly. He didn’t seem to be injured, but the police were called to supervise the situation. Perhaps it wasn’t his pool at the time? Anyway, the tow truck driver showed up and hitched up the truck to a tall boom. The action in the video starts around the 6:30 minute mark.
According to another post made by the tow truck company, the driver was trying to get over a curb and into the back yard. That’s when the shoelace got stuck, and the driver found themself in the pool. Where’s the weirdest place you’ve ever seen a car need to get recovered? A lake or a pool like this one?
